Singles Listings Shipping Costs

All orders made with us will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of order, by your chosen shipping method, with the exception of pre-order products. Pre-order items will be shipped no sooner than one calendar day before the manufacturer’s release date to allow them to reach you on release date. Under no circumstances will we ship any pre-order items any sooner than this.

Liability for Lost/Delayed/Misrouted Orders

Liability for Lost/Delayed/Misrouted Orders In the case an order is delayed by Royal Mail's set standards, Bremner TCG will refund you the full shipping cost in accordance with our Refund Policy. In the event that an order is either lost or misrouted, Bremner TCG will undertake an investigation with the Royal Mail. Where there is evidence which demonstrates that your order has been lost in accordance with Royal Mail's definition of a lost delivery (an item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail has not delivered it at the place to which it is addressed by the end of the tenth working day (or the fifth working day for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® (not posted on account) after its due date of delivery, unless there is evidence to the contrary to demonstrate that the item has not been lost), Bremner TCG will refund the full value of the order in question or arrange a replacement order to be sent out to you (if stock is available). We may also, with your prior agreement, send replacement stock to the same value of the original lost order if stock of the lost item is no longer available.
